In 2006 Gridin's Group training center, which in a consequence got the status - International, has been based for the Group activities developement and employees qualification or skills improvement and creation of new workplaces.

During the five years in International Training Centr existence more then 400 technicians have been trained and gained practical and theoretical background. All center instructors and trainers are highly skilled and their qualification is approved by International certificates and diplomas. At the moment training is conducted in three languages: Lithuanian, English and Russian.
